We hope you love our product, but we also understand that buying bulk meat can be an investment. Therefore, we offer a REPLACEMENT guarantee if the product is not satisfactory on beef 1/4, 1/2, or whole animals as well as whole lambs. Sometimes things happen out of our control on the way to the processor or at the processor, but we want to ensure you get a quality product. Please see our FAQs about how animals are fed to give you an idea of what to expect.

Conditions:

-Must bring back the unsatisfactory meat once you’ve tried it. (Don’t wait until the last steak! We assume within 1 month of delivery time you have had a chance to taste the meat.)

-A replacement of the same meat will be offered and may take up to 4 months to receive, depending on locker processing availability. No further payment will be necessary and local meet-up or delivery will be on us.
